Yes, the Kentwood City Properties Sales Team will begin providing private tours of The Julian and individual units by appointment beginning in August 2019. Stay tuned for launch dates and available times.

IS THE JULIAN PET FRIENDLY?

Denver residents love their pets and so do we! Residents at The Julian will be permitted 2 pets in total. While there are no breed restrictions, we kindly request all are well cared for and create no noise or safety concerns for your neighbors. While the building will not contain a designated dog-walking area, the community boasts plenty of options. Kindly refer to the declarations, bylaws and rules & regulations for more details

HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION FEES AND INCLUSIONS

Association fees shall include capital reserves, clubhouse, common area grounds maintenance, exterior maintenance with roof, fitness facility, insurance, sewer, snow removal, trash removal. Water, gas, and electric for individual units shall be metered and billed separately.

ARE THERE ANY AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS AT THE JULIAN?

The Julian will offer five units that are part of Denver’s Affordable Housing Ownership Program. These will include three 1-bedroom and two 2-bedroom residences. Additionally, three of these units will be ADA-compliant. 2018 maximum income limits have been established at 95% of Denver’s Average Median Income levels. Kindly verify qualifications and income limits, as well as finding answers to many commonly-asked questions, at denvergov.org.
